Where it all started

Our story began in 2017 when our founders Annie and Henry were searching for quality leather carry goods that were not only stylishly designed and affordable but would also neatly store all the essential items we need. Our team spent countless hours researching, designing and prototyping our capsule collection of leather carry wallets and bags...from this, Taku & Grace was born.

Inspired by a lifestyle of "Addition by Subtraction."

Our designs draw heavily from the Japanese minimalist ethos of keeping life simple, clean and uncluttered. By adding unique storage compartments to our carry items, we aim to solve the frustration of cluttered cards, lack of storage space, constantly falling spare change and awkward, bulky shapes.
