HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY TAKU&GRACE WALLET?
Taku&Grace wallets are created from leather and will arrive to you in an origami box and shell as well as a cloth bag. Sunlight, rough surfaces,chemical wipes and the wet can be enemies of leather so try and avoid exposure to these elements. Be mindful of straying too close to pens,ink, dark garments as they have a tendency to stain. If you are extra cautious/paranoid applying protective cream can help keep some bad things away. We strongly advise to store your Taku&Grace piece back in its bag when not in use.
WHY ARE THE PATTERNS OF MY TAKU&GRACE WALLET DIFFERENT FROM ONE ANOTHER?
Each Taku&Grace wallet is made from 100% genuine leather. Leather is a natural skin which means there will naturally be some colour and texture variations which are unrepeatable (that’s what makes your wallet one-of-a-kind). These leather characteristics will evolve to reflect the journeys you take together.
HOW CURRENCY DOES TAKU&GRACE WEBSITE USE?
Taku&Grace e-Store is open to everyone and supports a range of international currencies. However, our shipping rates are shown in Australian Dollars.
During your browsing on our site the checkout page, products and shipping will be displayed in Australian Dollars.
Your bank will convert the total amount charged on your statement to your local currency. This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank account.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?
We use a combination of Australia Post as well as Sendle Couriers to help us get your order to you. You will receive tracking information and link for your order through your nominated email at the time of checkout. Updates will occur once your parcel is in transit.

OOPS! I TYPED THE WRONG ADDRESS, HELP!
Please email us immediately at info@takuandgrace.com with the subject titled "CHANGE OF ADDRESS". In the email, please provide your invoice number and new address. We will do our absolute best to make the amendments before your order is dispatched.
WHY IS THERE AN "UNFULFILLED" STATUS ON MY ORDER?
If your order status is showing "unfulfilled" this means your order have not left our Taku&Grace HQ yet. Your payment for this order is still successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
DOES TAKU&GRACE OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS?

Photo evidence will have to be provided when notifying us of unforeseen faults or breakages.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?
We understand circumstances can change and updates may sometimes by needed. If you need to cancel or make any changed to your order such as shipping and items ordered, please email info@takuandgrace.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. Please use subject line "CHANGE OF ORDER" or "CANCEL ORDER" for the request to be processed.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?
Emails can sometimes wondering into your spam and junk folders. Please check all your folders including your inbox. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please contact us at info@takuandgrace.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
