At Taku&Grace we aim to provide every customer with a mindfully designed and top quality product to help them stay organized whilst being effortlessly stylish.
We are committed to providing the best e-Store experience and service to our customers and this is reflected in our Returns & Exchanges Policies.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@takuandgrace.com for further instructions and details. Please title email subject is "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE".
The Returns & Exchanges Policies on Taku&Grace website applies only to purchases made on our website www.takuandgrace.com. Our policies does not apply to purchases outside of our website.
I THINK THERE'S BEEN A MISTAKE.
We are pretty strict with our quality control, but occasionally something may slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect order, please contact us at info@takuandgrace.com and initiate the returns process within 7 days.
We are happy to exchange items that are defective. This is however upon our discretion of inspection. Please be aware we are not obligated and not liable to make returns or exchange items that have been damaged or defected due to misuse, abuse, neglect or accident in whole or in part by the user.
HELP! I'VE MADE A MISTAKE I DON'T THINK I WANT THIS ANYMORE.
Changing our mind happens to the best of us. We are happy to make a "change of mind" return for the value of the purchased item(s)* on the following conditions:
- The return must be initiated within 7 days upon receiving your item.
- The returned item must be in original sellable condition and be unused.
- The returned item must be returned with original packaging (i.e. dust bag, origami inner box, cardboard outer box and any bonus gifts given as part of that particular wallet)
- provide us with proof of purchase and/or receipt
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
HELP! I THOUGHT THIS WAS WHAT I WANTED BUT NOW I WANT THAT ONE INSTEAD.
There's nothing worse than spending money on one thing and only to see a bigger and better thing pop up 2 hours later. We get it. If you've changed your mind on the style of item(s) you want we are happy to exchange it over under the following conditions:
- The exchange must be initiated within 7 days upon receiving your item.
- The returned item for exchanged must be in original sellable condition and be unused.
- The returned item must be returned with original packaging (i.e. dust bag, origami inner box, cardboard outer box and any bonus gifts given as part of that particular wallet)
- provide us with proof of purchase and/or receipt
- If the exchanged item is of higher value than the item returned, the difference must be paid. Once payment has been confirmed your new item will be dispatched and the new tracking number will be emailed to you.
- If the exchanged item is of less than the item returned, the difference in value will only be refunded to you in the form of a Taku&Grace store credit.
- All shipping cost are to be covered by the customer*. A new shipping option and payment form will be emailed to you. Once payment and shipping option confirmation has been received the item will be dispatched.
WHAT ABOUT THE SALE ITEMS ?
Please be aware, we only offer returns for fully-priced, regular items. All purchases of sale items are final.
I PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE.
Full Priced items purchased with a discount code may be returned for online credit only with the exceptions below:
- Full Priced items purchased with the first purchase offer code for subscribing can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please contact us at info@takuandgrace.com
- Sales items purchased with a promotional code are final.
MY ITEM CAME WITH A BONUS GIFT AND FREEBIES DO I HAVE TO RETURN IT/THEM?
For some special occasions we will slip in some bonus gift or freebies. Where merchandise is purchased with a bonus gift or freebies, these must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the bonus gift or freebies, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the bonus gift or freebie.
MY PURCHASE WAS A SPECIAL BUNDLE. HOW DO I GO ABOUT RETURNING THE ITEM I DON'T WANT?
Bundles are special deals which are offered to our customers so they can save a little and get all the Taku&Grace items on their wish list.
If a bundle was purchased as a full priced bundle a refund can be offered as long as:
- All items within the bundle are returned together or the value of the unreturned item(s) will be deducted from any available refund
- All items must be in it original condition, full original packaging, unused or damaged and in full sellable condition.
- Intention to return is emailed to us at info@takuandgrace.com and items are dispatched to us with 7 days
If a bundle was purchased as a full priced bundle with a promotional code, we will offer a refund in the form of Taku&Grace store credit only upon the return and approved inspection of full bundle.
There are no returns for sales bundle. These sales/purchases are final.
PERSONALIZED/MONOGRAMMED ITEMS
Please be aware, due to the personalized nature of items that have been monogrammed are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
SOMEONE GIFTED ME A TAKU&GRACE PRESENT BUT THEY SLIGHTLY MISSED THE MARK.
We've all experienced the pain of having to fake smile, thank someone for that gift we don't think really suits us and then only to be stuck with something we don't really have a use for. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you. You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Please email us at info@takuandgrace.com and return the item within 7 days of receiving your gift.
*SHIPPING
Please be advised all original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges are not covered by us^.
In the case of Exchanges; shipping and payment options will be emailed to you. Once payment for shipping has been received your order will be dispatched and your new tracking number will be emailed to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The item is considered your responsibility until we have received it. We recommend proper packing to prevent damage to item.
Depending on the location of your residence, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

CREDIT ISSUES
If your return have been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
In the instance of if you haven’t received a refund yet after a reasonable amount of time, please check with your financial/banking institution first. Then contact your credit card institution if the issue is still unresolved. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
