We know venturing out for the first time can sometimes be filled with surprises; that's why we have made sure all our deliveries are tracked from the moment they leave Taku & Grace HQ to when they are signed off and in your hands.

At Taku&Grace your orders are dispatched within 48 hours of us confirming your order and payment. Your order is usually sent out as a standard parcel option.
We understand there will be occasions where you would love our orders to come a little faster. Taku&Grace offers the option of Express shipping to give your package a little burst of speed as it comes to you. Simply select the 'Express' option which applies to you!

TAXES & DUTIES
Please note taxes and duties are something outside of our control and will vary in cost from country to country. In most cases our products will be under the threshold and so no charges will be payable. If you are concerned we would recommend getting in touch with your local customs office so your not surprised if there is any unexpected shipping charges at your end.

OOPS! I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please email us immediately at email@example.com with the subject titled "CHANGE OF ADDRESS". In the email, please provide your invoice number and new address. We will do our absolute best to make the amendments before your order is dispatched.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle Couriers to deliver your orders to you. The option you select at checkout, location delivery availability, courier efficiency and urgency of your order are some of the factors we use to help decided who to go with.
